EMMERDALE has aired a shock arrest twist in the aftermath of Will Taylor’s death at Christmas.
The lorry driver – who is played by actor Dean Andrews in the ITV soap – suffered a heart attack on Christmas Day but Kim Tate thought it was a panic attack and failed to summon help immediately.
Will’s death devastated Kim and her guilt has been eating her up – but for all intents and purposes Will died a natural death.
However with his daughter Dawn finding a video of her dad saying Kim would be to blame if he was to die – she’s become convinced he was murdered.
And tonight she made her feelings clear – during his funeral.
Kim gave a moving eulogy about her troubled marriage to Will, but insisted she still loved him more than anything.
“I loved him,” interrupted Dawn as she stood up and shouted.
“And he deserved better than a murdering bitch like you.”
With the mourners fully captivated Dawn launched into a full diatribe accusing Kim of murdering Will, pointing out this was the second husband it’d happened to.
As others stepped in to calm thing down, Dawn spiralled and shoved Kim into the coffin and stormed out.
Kim carried on with her goodbyes to Will.
She said: “I am so sorry, everyone. As you just saw Dawn’s not taking the loss at all well.”

And turning to his coffin, she added: “Will, I wish you safe travels.
“I wish you rest. But I wish more than anything that you were still here with me.”
She then led the mourners to the graveyard where Dawn finally joined them but far from putting it all behind her – she’d only turned up to watch her scheme unfold.
Everyone else looked horrified as the police arrived and confronted Kim.
The officer said: “Ms Tate, there’s been a serious allegation, I’m going to have to ask you to accompany me to the station.”
Kim argued: “It’s my husband’s funeral. You’re arresting me? That’s absurd.”
Emmerdale – Who pushed Emma Barton?
Emma was then pushed off a viaduct by Moira after she talked ill of her dead daughter Holly, who died of an overdose in October 2017. Although Moira was responsible for Emma’s death, her son, Adam Barton, took the fall for the murder since he was already a prime suspect and he didn’t want Isaac to grow up motherless.
“We just need to ask you a few questions, that’s all,” he insisted as Kim went with him saying she had nothing to hide.
But will the truth about Will’s death come out and will Dawn get justice?
